Job Description


:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide fundamental and effective support to Relationship Managers (RMs) covering all phases of client relationship building and account management.
  • Ensure timely execution of clients\' transactions and liaison with various internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or queries.
  • Assist RMs in daily maintenance of accounts and operational matters relating to clients\' deposit accounts, loans and/or trade facilities. This includes following up on clients\' instructions and to facilitate loan disbursement and rollover matters.
  • Perform KYC (customer due diligence) for new-to-bank client onboardings and/or annual periodic reviews in adherence to compliance regulations and internal policies.
  • To assist in credit memo preparation that includes spreading financial statements, performing financial analysis, writing company background and industry outlook etc
  • Contribute to client\'s process and service improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Degree in Banking / Finance / Business
  • 2 to 5 years of working experience in a banking service role
  • Service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of corporate banking products will be an advantage
  • Organized, meticulous and a good team player
