Provide fundamental and effective support to Relationship Managers (RMs) covering all phases of client relationship building and account management.
Ensure timely execution of clients\' transactions and liaison with various internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or queries.
Assist RMs in daily maintenance of accounts and operational matters relating to clients\' deposit accounts, loans and/or trade facilities. This includes following up on clients\' instructions and to facilitate loan disbursement and rollover matters.
Perform KYC (customer due diligence) for new-to-bank client onboardings and/or annual periodic reviews in adherence to compliance regulations and internal policies.
To assist in credit memo preparation that includes spreading financial statements, performing financial analysis, writing company background and industry outlook etc
Contribute to client\'s process and service improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Degree in Banking / Finance / Business
2 to 5 years of working experience in a banking service role
Service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of corporate banking products will be an advantage
