Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations to ensure service quality and efficiency

Supervise service and food standards to maintain customer satisfaction

Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally

Assist in staff training, coaching, and roster planning to ensure sufficient manpower

Monitor cost control, inventory management, and cash handling records

Maintain restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards

Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations

Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B management

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent customer service mindset and communication skills

Familiar with restaurant operations and POS systems

Knowledge of inventory and cost management

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
