Responsible for the business and financial success of the outlet operations with control of sales, labour, packaging, food and beverage cost performance. Ensure compliance in food, service and cleanliness operating standards of Jollibee and in accordance to regulations. Responsible for people management including recruitment, motivation, training and development, and scheduling. Provide effective leadership in leading the team to achieve targets. Handle all customer's feedback in a professional and timely manner. Prepare monthly management reports. To carry out additional functions and special projects as may be directed by the management.
