Job Description





Responsibilities

  • Oversee all the operation in restaurant;
  • Provide training for new employees to perform daily task;
  • Review daily business report to improve business;
  • Ability to arrange schedules for employees;
  • Ensure food is plentiful and competitively priced from food suppliers;
  • Set goals for employee to improve overall restaurant performance.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years experience in managing Japanese Restaurant.
  • Excellent communication skill
