Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee all the operation in restaurant;
- Provide training for new employees to perform daily task;
- Review daily business report to improve business;
- Ability to arrange schedules for employees;
- Ensure food is plentiful and competitively priced from food suppliers;
- Set goals for employee to improve overall restaurant performance.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in managing Japanese Restaurant.
- Excellent communication skill
