Japanese Fine Dining Restaurant Schedule to open soon, currently is seeking suitable experienced applicants for the position. Candidates Profile:

• Excellent inter-personal skills, highly motivated individual
• Excellent team player
• Bilingual communications in written and spoken, English, Mandarin and Japanese

Responsibilities:

• Provide a high quality of service and deliver excellent dining experience to all customers
• Familiar the FOH operation.
• Responsible for restaurant sales target and KPIs include overall cost.
• Enhance the leadership and performance excellence of the team members by training, motivating, assessing; and being a role model for all team members to provide customers with high quality of service
• Respond to the customer or team members comments and feedback professionally
• Responsible and ensure restaurant safety, cleanliness, hygiene is keeping in high standards
• Ensure respective section in restaurant follow SOP manual and execute accordingly
• Responsible for restaurant workforce arrangement, manage recruitment and training; scheduling and reporting shortage or excess of the workforce to Area Manager regularly
• Good knowledge about all menu, able to explain clearly to team members during training

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month Benefits:
