Assistant Restaurant Manager
Job Description
The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for all aspects of assigned outlet operations as well as financial performance. Ensure that all duties are carried out to serve all customers to full satisfaction, including preparation of the outlet for services and maintaining the outlet in a clean and tidy condition. Sales oriented and ability to lead team to achieve sales targets. Display initiative, leadership qualities and ability to motivate oneself and team. Establish and maintain a good relationship with all guests. Coordinate all reservations to ensure optimum capacity. Must be able to take full ownership and responsibility of the assigned outlets and ensure smooth service flow with the team. Strong knowledge in wines Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules.
