Managing sales (Components of Sales); managing store financial, LSM, store over all operations
Managing people, scheduling team member training, store hiring & recruitment managing COS, yield & variance,
Managing stocks & Inventory (forecasting & ordering), admin works
Managing kitchen staff training, admin, PMS and COS monitoring
Admin works, Dining staff raining

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Hotel, Restaurant Management or equivalent.
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience as a manager specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant service
Applicant must be be willing to work in Dasmariaas, Cavite
