Job Summary

Assist the Restaurant Manager to coordinate all aspects of the Outlet on a daily basis and coordinate any special events. Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures. Adhere to regulations concerning health, safety and other compliance requirements in conjunction to managing brand standards, local government policies and procedures.

Roles and Supporting Responsibilities

• Ensure that prompt and efficient service is carried out with a positive team and guest satisfaction score

• Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well maintained and orderly

• Ensure that the team is always well turned out and provide adequate training to ensure that they offer professional and courteous service to all internal and external guests

• Ensure that the restaurant is well stocked with the required operating supplies

• Ensure that the barman is well trained and serves all guests in line with the beverage program philosophy

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in the daily submission of the End of Day reports to the appropriate parties

• Supervise cashiering duties

• Work with the restaurant hostess to manage the restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s reservations, events and offer appropriate seating arrangements to ensure a seamless experience

• To work with the Operations manager to ensure that the profit margins are maintained and in line with the overall profit and loss statements

• To build excellent rapport with the guests

• Be able to recognise our regular patrons and their needs and preferences
  

• 1- 2 years of working experience in a similar role
• Excellent customer service skills and friendly
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Well-organised and clean
• Keen for opportunities to learn and grow within the organisation
• Able to commit to shift work
• 5 days work week - Tuesday to Saturday
• Location \xe2\x80\x93 Walking distance from Outram Park or Maxwell MRT Station
