Job Description
- Pleases customers by providing a pleasant dining experience
- Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
- Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.
- Meets restaurant financial objectives forecasting requirements, preparing annual budget scheduling expenditure, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
- Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Ensure proper grooming and hygiene standards for all kitchen staffs.
- Diploma or a Degree (management, hospitality management)
