Japanese is an advantage but not essential. Requirements :- Position 1 - Over 5 years relevant experience in the area of Japanese fine dining restaurant - At least 5 years working experience in the senior position - Able to maintain high standard of food quality - Take full responsibility for food menu development with the head chef - Assist the Senior Manager and Restaurant Manager to support and manage the entire service team of Mizuki.
