We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service. This candidate will play an important role in creating a positive dining experience for our guest while leading and motivating our service staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the oversight the daily operations of the restaurant, as well as the service team members in the bar, retail counters and floor
Champion preparation work for assigned shifts, ensuring that the restaurant effectively and sufficiently equipped for service
Maintain trust and support with team members at all levels to promote a positive work culture, promptly resolving any potential conflicts within the team
Work closely with the venue's leadership team to develop and execute plans that improves guest experience and drive sales
Provide training, guidance and mentorship to service team members that uphold the expected service quality standards of the restaurant
Closely coordinate with the culinary team members to ensure timely delivery of orders
Champion health and safety standards within the restaurant, ensuring that operations are in compliance with all relevant regulations
Qualifications:
Experience in pre-opening operations is a bonus
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Strong business and people acumen including strategic planning, operation management, talent management
Consistent track record of employment in hospitality-related leadership role
