Communicates clearly, concisely, and accurately to ensure effective restaurant operations. Filters communication to the team as directed by the restaurant manager.
Contributes positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in team morale, performance, and communicating them to the restaurant manager.
Reviews and analyzes Daily Operations Report data, makes recommendations to stimulate growth revenue and profit margins, and controls restaurant expenses. Discusses variances and action plan with Restaurant Manager and seeks its approval.
Coordinates, monitors, maintains, and updates supply inventory and par stock level of the restaurant in coordination with team leaders

Job Qualification:

Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Team leader
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
Willing to be assign in Tomas Morato, Quezon City

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
