Team player, motivated, with good communication and guest service skills.
Able to commit during weekends and public holiday.
Provide a high quality of service and deliver excellent dining experience to all guests.
Able to handle a fast paced environment and can work with positive attitude towards co-employees.
Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
Good upselling skills and able to assist Restaurant Manager to achieve monthly target.
