Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Assist Restaurant Manager in the achievement of Store Business Goals thru improvement of store operational processes. Also, responsible for overall Crew Development and Management, including achievement of Crew Labor Cost target; and for the Training and Development of Crew Leaders and Management Trainees and assists in training.
Implements defined cost management activities/ programs
Manages and ensures effectiveness of Crew Orientation and Crew Training System
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness of production system
- Assist ARM1 in the achievement of effective Production System.
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness of production system
- Assess and evaluate operations support requirement to improve efficiency and effectiveness of production system
- Lead the team in implementation of activities that will improve shift operations.

Requirements :
- Min 5 years of Managerial / Supervisory Experience
