4-DAYS WORK WEEK !!! Salary Range: S$3.2k - S$3.7k Location: Central / West / East Responsibilities: Support and assist Restaurant Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations, kitchen and service crew management including recruitment, training, inventory planning and continuous improvement of processes. Work with manager to project and manage restaurant sales and guest's growth plans through studying of consumer spending behavior. Be a role model, leader and be proficient in managing every possible kind of customers' requests at iSTEAKSRequirements: Preferably with 3-4 years' experience in F&B service, Kitchen, Hospitality and/or Retail Operational related management Experience in both front and back-of-house operations is an advantage Exhibits good command of language and as an all-rounder communicator. Flexible to work on rotating shifts, weekends & public holidays Passion in good Steaks - a huge plus!
