Responsibilities Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
  • Lead and manage the outlet team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed.
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of F&B Colleagues within your outlet.
  • Balance between the operational, administrative and Colleague needs.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
  • Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food and Beverage teams to implement agreed-upon strategies, practices and promotions.
  • Have full knowledge of all Outlet menus.
  • Assist in the management of the allocated budget.
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
  • Assist in the management and organization of inventories. Conduct of inventory spot checks where necessary.
  • Oversee & manage a direct team in a busy restaurant whilst delivering impeccable attention to detail.
  • Conduct mentoring of colleagues to achieve excellence in service for outlet and improve profit margin for the organization.
  • Delegation and mitigation of tasks efficiently and fairly among colleagues.
Candidate Requirements
  • At least 3 years in a similar role in the F&B industry especially in managing an outlet.
  • Previous management experience in similar high-end and fast-moving environments is essential.
  • Problem solver and has passion to think out of the box to achieve desires outcomes.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Passionate to serve and willing to take up challenges.
  • Communicates efficiently with people from all walks of life.
  • Should possess the skill, personality and passion to deliver CÉ LA VI’s unique product and standard of customer service.
  • A pro-active and motivational attitude towards management is required.
  • Previous experience with Modern Asian cuisine is preferred, but not essential.
  • Must have the ability to improve team cohesion between Club and Restaurant.
