Job Highlights * New Hire Sign Up Bonus up to $550 * Training and Development Opportunities * Islandwide working locations * Responsibilities: * Maintain F&B environmen Job Highlights New Hire Sign Up Bonus up to $550 Training and Development Opportunities Islandwide working locations Responsibilities: Maintain F&B environment Ensure mis-en-plus of quality and consistency for service Check Work Stations for operations Ensure food served in accordance to SOPs Manage quality control at store level and execute crisis management plans Interact with and service F&B Customers Deliver service performance and manage customers' expectations Manage productivity performance Responsible for inventories and stock taking activities Facilitate and maintain compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements Cover duties (both service and kitchen) when required Manage site/outlet and equipment maintenance Maintain Standards and Standard Operating Procedures for store operations Solve problems and make decisions at managerial level Generate reports and present store performance Responsible for income and expenses Follow F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures Conduct outlet audit to upkeep standards Conduct staff performance assessment process Manage training at store level Handle dispute, grievances and disciplinary matters at store level Administer purchasing and receiving procedures Requirements: GCE O'/'A' Level / Diploma Great passion about service and preferably with at least 3 years' of relevant experience in F&B industry Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, able to liaise with all employees Positive attitude, dedicated, committed and keen to learn Highly self-motivated and a self-starter Working Hours: Full Time - 6 days work week (shift work) For more information you may contact us: +65 9721 5395 or [HIDDEN TEXT] We regret that only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
