Assist the Restaurant Manager in delivering Talent Management Responsibilities: Maintains a positive working environment to promote a culture of passion, teamwork, and respect Creates restaurant objectives and action plans to achieve the target Utilizes rewards tools to motivate restaurant staff. Manage the crew which includes rostering, regular coaching, communications Assist the Restaurant Manager in delivering Business Responsibilities: Maintains highest standards of ethics and integrity Maintains highest standards of personal conduct and appearance Identifies, establishes, and implements local promotions designed to maximize sales for the operation. Manage day to day operations that includes the highest safety and hygiene standards compliant with regulations Assist the Restaurant Manager in delivering Leadership Responsibilities: Delivers outstanding results through goals and clear priorities Makes timely and high-quality decisions and adds value through their knowledge and expertise Inspires and motivates with a high level of commitment and performance Develops people and self Values diversity through people Requirements: Have minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, supporting Restaurant operations listed Great passion, to operate like a business owner, people orientated, driven and hungry Wine Knowledge possibly for Italian Wines Able to drive, manage people and takes pride in delivering the best to the customer Great problem solver, with excellent communication skills
