Starting out as a seafood wholesaler, Mr Lee drove from client to client in search of buyers. After many barramundis and even more car fresheners, began in 2003.

Now a family-run seafood restaurant and fish market, we specialize in cold water seafood with a range that\xe2\x80\x99s a tad different from the local scene. From giant halibuts to elusive monkfish, we even carry a collection of over 25 oysters. Our supply spans Canada, Holland, America, New Zealand, Australia and South Korea. Mostly from friends-turned-suppliers:

Tommy from Korea was our Jeju tour guide before he started sending us seafood. The Wong family in Alaska had been our B&B hosts. Now, they send us hand-caught salmon every season. The list goes on.

The Job

We seek a driven and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our Sentosa location and supporting our guests in having a memorable dining experience.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring all guests receive prompt and friendly service.
• Overseeing the front-of-house team, providing guidance and support to ensure they are performing to the highest standard.
• Responding to customer complaints and resolving any issues in a prompt and professional manner
• Ensuring that the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and properly set up at all times.
• Assisting the manager in implementing new initiatives and driving sales growth
• Helping to manage and motivate the team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

• 2+ years of experience in a management role in a busy restaurant
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Ability to work well under pressure, with excellent time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, with strong attention to detail.
