Job Responsibilities :
- Accomplish and maintain the highest quality of food, beverage and service
- Assist in ensuring and maintaining all equipment to its best function and cleanliness in the restaurant
- Assist back of house (BOH) in food presentation, kitchen procedures and other food - and services - related areas
- Coordinates departmental responsibilities
- Train front/back of house (FOH/BOH) personnel
- Maintains close surveillance of guest comments/complaints and provides corrections when applicable
- Preparing reports
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Food & Beverage Services
- Minimum 2 Year(s) of relevant working experience in the related field in a similar capacity is required for this position
- Customer oriented and Results-driven
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in fast pace working environment and shift schedule (including Saturday, Sunday and PH)
