Job Responsibilities :
  • Accomplish and maintain the highest quality of food, beverage and service
  • Assist in ensuring and maintaining all equipment to its best function and cleanliness in the restaurant
  • Assist back of house (BOH) in food presentation, kitchen procedures and other food - and services - related areas
  • Coordinates departmental responsibilities
  • Train front/back of house (FOH/BOH) personnel
  • Maintains close surveillance of guest comments/complaints and provides corrections when applicable
  • Preparing reports
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Food & Beverage Services
  • Minimum 2 Year(s) of relevant working experience in the related field in a similar capacity is required for this position
  • Customer oriented and Results-driven
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in fast pace working environment and shift schedule (including Saturday, Sunday and PH)
