Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored on creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Manage daily restaurant operations include cash, staffing, task delegation and customer service.

\xc2\xb7 Plan staff schedule with station planning.

\xc2\xb7 Follow up on the daily staff attendance management, update working hours in system timely.

\xc2\xb7 Leading and guiding the team in providing a flawless service and to exceed the customer dining experience.

\xc2\xb7 Resolving customers\' questions and grievances in a professional manner.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in leading the restaurant/outlet efficiently in costs and expenses, constantly delivering the highest quality as well as driving high top line revenue and profit.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in communication within the culinary team and other department.

\xc2\xb7 Fostering teamwork to constantly develop the restaurant for more success.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure sanitation and safety regulations are strictly adhered to.

\xc2\xb7 Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business.

Job Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality, or Certificate in F&B Operations.

\xc2\xb7 Minimally 3 years F&B operation experience.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and oral communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Physically fit and strong customer service skills.

\xc2\xb7 Team player and leader.
