RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGER / SUPERVISOR



An F&B Assistant Manager oversees day-to-day food and beverage operations, ensuring quality, service, and profitability by managing staff, inventory, and finances, while resolving issues and implementing promotions to enhance customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities


Operations Management

:
Supervise the daily operations of dining rooms, banquet spaces, or F&B outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service.


Staff Supervision & Training

:
Manage, train, and guide F&B staff, ensuring they adhere to service standards, hygiene rules, and operational procedures.


Financial Oversight

:
Assist with managing budgets, tracking income and expenses, and preparing financial reports to ensure the F&B operations are profitable.


Inventory & Purchasing

:
Oversee stock requisition, collection, and replenishment, and assist with ordering and purchasing F&B products.


Guest Satisfaction

:
Ensure a high standard of service, address customer complaints promptly, and implement promotions to enhance guest experience.


Quality Control

:
Maintain high standards of appearance, cleanliness, and service quality in dining areas.


Compliance

:
Ensure operations comply with established policies, quality standards, and legal/regulatory requirements.
