【仕事内容】

  • 顧客のPOを購買システムに記録
  • 工場スタッフおよび顧客と納期の調整
  • 請求書ならびにとパッキングリストを顧客へ送付
  • 在庫管理、在庫推移の分析
  • インドオフィスサポート(インボイス、PL作成など)
  • 必要に応じて他の担当者のサポート
  • 販売結果報告書、在庫数量報告書、利益分析などの作成

【給与】 Up to_S$4,500(経験による)
【応募資格】
  • 物流に関する学位もしくは同等の経験をお持ちの方
  • 受発注業務もしくは輸出入業務の経験をお持ちの方
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方(社内外でのコミュニケーションで必要なため)
======================================= Responsibilities: -
  • Input customer’s PO in our buying systems by GOOSS
  • Input customer’s PO in our selling systems by ERP.
  • Adjust delivery schedule with factory staff and customer.
  • Send Invoice and packing list to customers.
  • Inventory control and stock movement analysis
  • India office support(Create invoice and PL.)
  • Support the other sales coordinators if necessary.
  • Make sales result report, stock qty report, Profit analysis and so on.
Requirements:
  • Degree in logistic or equivalent
  • Experienced in ordering / exporting / import / export / warehouse management
  • Experienced in Sales Coordinator team leader
  • Possesses MIRCOSOFT knowledge preferred
  • Experience in ERP / MRP / Inventory management system.
