Position Title: Assistant Sales Manager (Telecom) / Business Development Specialist
Working Location: Raffles Place
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 am - 6 pm
Salary Package: Basic + Commission + Transport Allowance + Mobile Allowance + AWS

Key Responsibilities
Presales for Telecom IT BSS/ OSS - deliver technical presentations and offer documentation to telecom clients.
Comprehend and examine client requirements to devise solutions that align with their goals.
Generate proposals, business case evaluations, work agreements, and other pertinent documents during bidding processes.
Collaborate with business unit leaders within the company to stimulate industry channel business growth.
Achieve and surpass sales targets, while sticking to the company\'s sales engagement guidelines.
Supply pipeline and sales projections reports on a weekly basis.
Convey product features and advantages in simple technical language during demonstrations.
Offer support to customers post-sale when required.
Showcase and elaborate on products during sales meetings, product seminars, and trade fairs.
Update order and sales information and negotiate optimal contract terms.
Handle sales collections.
Sustain robust relationships with current clients and broaden sales areas by engaging new clients.
Facilitate discussions and communicate with the production team on issues and efficient solutions.

At least a Degree in Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering/ IT or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of related working experience in the telecom industry and vendor sales.
Experience working closely with sales, marketing, client services, executive management, operation teams, and product management.
Knowledge of Telecom BSS and OSS and cloud-based solutions design for vertical industries like e-commerce, finance, resorts, etc.
Able to travel as and when needed.
