Job Responsibilities:

Provide support to Sales Account Manager and respond to customer and prospect queries
Develop new markets for existing and new products
Maintain accurate and current records of contracts, customer agreements, quotations, proposals, opportunities, accounts, contacts, leads and actions
Maintain customer relationships to cultivate customer loyalty and allegiance
Manage tendering websites for Singapore, including but not limited to GeBiz, SESAMI, hospital tendering websites, etc.
Maintain accurate and current records of company profile, financial documents, product documents for tendering process
Participate in training and development programmes as part of personal development and continuous learning process
Cover vacant field territories at manager\xe2\x80\x99s request
Follow up with customers on marketing promotions & campaigns and on open quotation to close sales leads

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Chemistry, Life Science, Biotechnology or related discipline
At least 5 years of experience in laboratory sales, sales support or customer service in the science industry
Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Efficient time management skills to stay focused on primary business objectives and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
To be able to work well independently as well as in a team
