Responsibilities:

  • Develop, lead and execute purchasing & supply strategies, such as safety stock level, type of parts (repair), SAP parameters to run the MRP
  • Responsible to collect internal customers\xe2\x80\x99 demand, for production and repair planning.
  • Responsible to ensure good planning and purchasing processes and manage inventory level for all materials, components and finished products to meet the demand and meet the targeted inventory turn
  • Responsible for the production planning with the workshop, in accordance to their capacity and meeting customers\xe2\x80\x99 demand
  • Responsible for the communication with suppliers, with accurate forecast flow down to suppliers and to get feedback on delivery
  • Responsible to ensure all purchases are adhered to the company purchasing policies and airworthiness requirements
  • Responsible to obtain the RMA from suppliers for return of non-conform parts, follow through the process till the purchase order is closed
  • Accountable for the respective KPI of the function, analyze all under performances, provide root-cause analysis, action plan and recovery plan
  • Responsible for continuous improvement to achieve competitiveness with higher productivity
  • Align with Production and CSC on the key objectives to focus
  • Responsible for the planning and budgeting for the section to ensure the right size of team resources to meet the demand
  • Work with cross functional team, to develop solutions of continuous improvement project
Requirements:

Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Management.

APICS certified will be an added advantage

Min. 5 years working experience in planning, purchasing and inventory management

Good knowledge in SAP MM module

Strong understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver)

High analytical & problem solving skills

  • Working Location: Changi
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
