Responsible for the planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling of security operations and activities in the Club.
Manages and operates the Security Department in a manner so as to ensure the safety of the members/employee and safeguard the assets/facilities of the Club.
Develop, coordinate and implement security policies, standards, systems, procedures, strategies and practices for the department.
Trains and conducts all security-related programs for all employees for the purposes of improving work performance, achieving greater work productivity and increasing member satisfaction thereby ensuring the achievement of departmental goal.
Conducts frequent Security Operations Meetings. Conducts briefings with all security personnel to facilitate communication and dissemination of information.
Discussion and meetings with security vendors and contractors on security system repairs, maintenance, additions, upgrades and enhancements (for both hardware and software). Liaise with them on system evaluation trials, testing and observation, frequent trouble-shooting and problem resolution.
Follow up on security enhancement projects \xe2\x80\x93 progress and development, if any.
Conducts daily inspection of the Club\xe2\x80\x99s premises, facilities, exit/entrances regularly, eg fire extinguishers, emergency exits and lights, security lights, security/fire safety equipment etc.
To stand in as Fire Safety Manager as and when required.
Any other duties as assigned by the Management
