The Central Procurement Office is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Procurement Business Analyst to join our team. As a Procurement Business Analyst, you will be responsible for deploying, supporting, maintaining and enhancing the Procurement business systems, including providing system support and trainings to end users.

  • Administration of Business Systems:
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to the business systems. These tasks may include:
  • User Management: Managing user accounts, roles, profiles, and access rights within the system
  • Operational Requests: Handling operational requests and troubleshooting issues that arise, collaborating with vendors, IT, and other departments as necessary
  • Security Maintenance: Ensuring the security of the system by managing user access rights, roles, groups, and content folder permissions
  • Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation that covers processes, application configurations, and training or help-related materials for the business systems
  • System Metrics: Keeping track of system usage trends and monitoring systems Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Support for Projects and Enhancements:
  • Assist in the delivery of projects and system enhancements. This includes:
  • Documenting project requirements
  • Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that the system meets user needs
  • Providing training and support to system users as needed
  • Performing business analysis tasks as required
  • Continuous Improvement and Process Simplification:
  • Drive initiatives to continually improve and simplify processes within the organization, utilizing digitization and automation where appropriate. This may involve streamlining workflows, reducing manual tasks, and enhancing overall operational efficiency
Qualifications
  • Degree holders with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using procurement systems, SAP Ariba & SAP S4H.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
