Assistant Supervisor/ Supervisor (Warehouse Operations)
Mon to Fri (0900hrs to 1730hrs), Alt Sat (0900hrs to 1300hrs)
West Singapore
S$2,200 -S$2,800
Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily procedures to ensure smooth flow of work.
Assign workload according to the requirements so that the assigned work is completed on time.
Maintain the quality of work.
Ensure staff follows the rules and regulations of the company.
Ensure general safety of daily operations.
Assist department manager in helping the team understand performance targets and goals.
Providing reports and activity updates to management.
Lead and motivate junior staff.
Monitors employee working time and absenteeism.
Train or ensure that staffs are properly trained for their specific roles.
Control the housekeeping in workplace.
Job Requirements:
Minimum "O" level or NITEC in logistics
Proficient in MS office
At least 3 year(s) working experience in the related field
Able to commit overtime as and when required
