Assistant Supply Chain Manager
- Salary: $4000 - $5000 + Allowance + AWS
- Working Hours: 5 Days Mon- Fri (0830-1715)
- Working Location: Soon Lee Rd, Jurong West
To maintain/service existing customer account, coordinating daily orders/delivery & export shipment, daily operation of Marketing Department. Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring overall supply chain strategy and in order to maximize efficiency and productivity. Handling / distributing / arranging semifinished goods for processing & storage
- Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Customer Service teams
- Determine key supply chain KPIs
- Suggest solution for process improvements
- Identify process and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Train and evaluate others
- Provide constructive feedback
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers
- Handling of sales enquiries
- Preparation of Quotations / Export Sales Reports / Sales Commission
- Overseeing/Preparation of export documentation
- Customer service / handling customer\'s complaint
- Compile customers forecast to fulfill customers\' orders
- Monitor and expedite delivery to ensure smooth and uninterrupted to
- supply customer needs
- Conduct sales and operation meeting
- Participate in yearly internal and external audit
- Generate reports for statistics and Management Review
- Market Development
- Customer Visit if necessary
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Degree / Diploma in Business Studies/Supply Chain Management with min 3 years in relevant experience
