Job Overview

We are looking for Assistant System Support Engineer to join our team to provide technical support and assistance to users within an organization.

Assistant System Support Engineers is responsible to provide technical support and assistance, working under the guidance of more experienced professionals. You will assist in troubleshooting technical issues, perform routine maintenance tasks, and support user inquiries.

Responsibilities and Duties

\xe2\x96\xaa To assist System Support Engineer in providing technical support to customers.

\xe2\x96\xaa To provide application support and diagnose software and hardware issue.

\xe2\x96\xaa To explain technical information clearly.

\xe2\x96\xaa To assist in testing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining company products.

\xe2\x96\xaa To perform technical support.

\xe2\x96\xaa To carry standby phone calls based on a routine schedule.

\xe2\x96\xaa To work on a shift based on a routine schedule.

\xe2\x96\xaa To search for better hardware and software technologies for use in developing and implementing a different range of products, through means of facts findings (internet, books, magazines, journals) or attending training sessions whenever required.

\xe2\x96\xaa To prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly/work progress reports, and other related reports and documents required on time.

\xe2\x96\xaa Any other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirement

\xe2\x96\xaa Possess at least Diploma in Electronic & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

\xe2\x96\xaa Knowledge in computer hardware, networking technologies, and Motorola/Intel/Microchip MCU architecture.

\xe2\x96\xaa Knowledge in DSP/Ethernet/RFID/C language/Linux program design will be an added advantage.

\xe2\x96\xaa Problem-solving and hands-on troubleshooting skills.

\xe2\x96\xaa Independent and focused individual capable of taking challenges in a highly competitive environment.

\xe2\x96\xaa Able to communicate effectively at all levels and a good team player.

\xe2\x96\xaa Excellent written spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
