  • Understand our salon products & services.
  • Coordinating the implementation of the Safe Management Measures for the store.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the shop area & understanding the importance of hygiene and cleanliness of the shop.
  • Ability to handle customers\' requests and complaints with grace.
  • Establish contact and developing relationships with customers.
  • Recommend hairstyle, coloring and treatment, according to the client\xe2\x80\x99s preference.
  • Hands-on experience in coloring, rebonding, hair setting, hair perm techniques.
  • Style customer\'s hair to desired effect, including shaping, curling, cutting, trimming, setting, etc.
  • Cross-sell services and products when appropriate (e.g. through informative brochures and gift cards)
  • Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered.
  • ordering and replenishing supplies, completing accounting duties, adhering to hygiene standards, and overseeing customer service.
  • Inform clients about new services, Promotions and discounts.
  • Liaise with external Marketing Company on the Salon promotion campaign & advertising.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 year working experience.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Friendly, outgoing, creative mindset and a good eye for design.
  • Able to work any shift.
  • Able to work OT on weekends and public holiday.
