About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive and lead Card Services Customer Fulfilment function (e.g. Card Cancellation, Card Replacement, GIRO application) over-seeing daily running operations to meet external and internal SLAs.
  • Initiate and recommend process improvement, together with business users and technology team, to enhance customer journey, improve productivity effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Prior experience in automation tools such as RPA will be advantageous.
  • Performing gap/problem analysis on processes and provide recommendation for change and mitigation of risks.
  • Ensure the team\'s daily processing are within SLA standards and escalate timely for potential risk events Work with the Department Head in building up the team\'s risk management practices.
  • Update staff promptly of any changes to internal workflow/operational procedures to avoid work errors.
  • Develop and execute a cross-train plan as part of development plan for the team members.
  • Work with the Department Head to drive initiatives to drive the engagement level of the department.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Banking Finance with min 8 years of working experience
  • Good to have card payments / services experience within operations centre
  • Leadership qualities, ability to manage a team
  • Able to adapt in fast pace environment
