Job Responsibilities

Oversee full spectrum of group consolidation and management reporting functions of a large scale (> 80 entities) in accordance with group accounting policies and statutory requirements
In charge of timely and accurate preparation and analysis of group financial results for monthly, quarterly and year-end for SGX announcement
Participate in the annual budget and forecasting exercise, as well as monthly forecasting
Involved in liaising with various stakeholders in relations to audit requirements and deliverables including preparation of audited financial statements and Annual Report
Assist in the implementation of internal controls, new/enhancements to consolidation system, process improvements or IT tools as necessary
Coordinate with external auditors for quarterly reviews, interim and annual audit matters
Other ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements

Minimum degree in Accountancy or equivalent, with CA/CPA qualifications
At least 15 years' of relevant experience with strong accounting proficiency in SAP and Hyperion
Good knowledge of accounting standards
Meticulous with strong analytical abilities and ability to work under pressure to meet tight schedules
Good leadership qualities as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills
