Job Summary

The AVP, Financial Reporting will play a vital role in our Group Financial Reporting team, contribution to accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This position offers a dynamic learning environment, providing hands-on experience in financial reporting and analysis, while fostering growth and development within our finance team.

• Valuation and analysis of potential M&A opportunities
• Carry out valuation, track and review of investments for regular reporting.
• Provide accounting advisory on new business initiatives.
• Analysis of financial results and interpret performance.
• Manage and prepare the Group and subsidiaries\' financial statements.
• Liaise with auditors and ensure completion of audits and reviews according to set timelines.
• Support integration and finance function transition activities following acquisition of subsidiaries.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification. Experience as a Chartered Valuer and Appraiser
• At least 8 years of working experience, preferably having worked in a business valuation role for 2 to 3 years
• Analytical, details oriented, hands-on, efficient and independent
• SAP experience is a plus
