Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

To lead and drive Finance's IT projects including group wide system implementation (eg. Galaxy enhancements, inventory and warehouse system, ERP replacement due in 2025).

Review and document existing finance workflows, compare against new business requirements and functionalities of the new system to assess accuracy, completeness and appropriateness.

Document detailed functional requirements including "as is" and "future" process flows covering all functionality to satisfy business requirements.

Contribute to process re-engineering and process improvement where applicable.

Act as the Finance business partner to IT department, supporting CIO in the setup of IT operating model, work planning and annual IT budgeting framework and IT budget utilisation tracking.

To perform financial modelling on new business proposals and evaluate its financial viability.

Support the GCFO in any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent professional qualification is required with minimum 10 years of experience.

Experience in IT system implementation and process re-engineering.

Effective and diplomatic written and verbal communicator.

Solution-oriented and commercially practical in working with the business units to be a trusted business partner to resolve and close matters.

Able to adapt to changing needs and processes to learn and grow alongside the business.
