Prepare/conduct (including all the related document and processes) Credit reviews (annual reviews, interim reviews, ad-hoc reviews) Credit memo for new-to-bank and enhancement Pre-screen memo EWI memo/slides Other credit-related/amendment memo Cancellation memo Update ratings and financials Monitor and test covenants and risk triggers To manage queries and responses to stakeholders on credit submissions Perform any other tasks as assigned/required from time to time to assess credit worthiness of the clients, etc.Scope would entail the following (as required): Work with the relationship managers to source for information and document, amongst others, to perform timely reviews, preparation of pre-screen memo, enhancements/new-to-bank memo and Track and comply with all credit review schedules and ensuring timely submission Prepare full credit analysis/write-up covering the CR09, Credit Memo and BIR (plus all other supporting documentation to facilitate credit submission for all reviews, enhancement and new-to-bank credits) with the following requirements: Prompt turnaround according to agreed service legal agreement Detailed analysis on financials, client, market and industry with up to-date information Good analytical skills on credit and risk assessment of companies in various sectors including but not limited to, sources of repayment, collateral, unsecured position, industry sector, geographical locations and business performance Ability to summarise and make appropriate recommendations on credit strategy and decision based on the overall analysis of the credit worthiness of the client, industry, facility structure, etc. Good writing skills to articulate the pertinent points in credit memo and other supporting documents in the credit submission pack Conversant and knowledgeable on the Group's credit policies, practices and procedures including policy exceptions, higher credits exceptions, sector limits, approval processes Conversant with regulatory compliances including but not limited to credit loan grades Highlight any financial and credit concerns to relationship managers Submission of credit memo pack and other credit related memos to approving authorities Good rapport and coordination with the Relationship Managers to procure pertinent and key information (e.g. account plan and strategy, customer organisation chart), data and documents (e.g. financial statements, debtors/creditors ageing, list of buyers/suppliers) to perform effective credit evaluation work to facilitate the preparation of credit memo, as well as to respond to queries raised from stakeholders on the submissions Good rapport and timely response to queries from stakeholders (e.g. Credit Approvers) to facilitate effective credit approval process Reverting to and updating Credit Administrative Department and other stakeholders (e.g. Credit Risk, Portfolio Management) on compliance or non-compliance on covenants and risk triggers.
