You will join ComfortDelGro Engineering ('CDGE') and be part of a dynamic team set to grow the energy business in the near future. Reporting into the CEO, the Division Head is a key contributor to the business, to engage B2B and B2C customers. You will take lead in identifying, structuring, and negotiating business solutions with our clients and the successful candidate expected to undertake project(s) works as assigned. A Division Head must have the ability to perform financial analysis, proposals and lead in commercial opportunities, managing every aspect of the business interest. The successful candidate is required to have high degree of commercial judgment and analytical ability, and competently to manage both internal and external stakeholders. . Ensures monthly reports are submitted timely to Management as required . Manage and maintain accounting practices, budgets, inventory and training requirements .Co-ordinate, implement and oversee environmental and quality control policies, training and safety programs, ensuring compliance with all related programs. .Represent the Company with external agencies such as the fire and environment regulatory board(s). . Interacts with all customers and vendors to ensure proper training in company requirements and procedures . Ensures all invoices are sent forward to be paid promptly . Responsible for compliance with all governing rules and regulations . Provide direction, guidance, and motivation for all service personnel . Oversee entire operation and levels of efficiency .Analyse operating results and its principal components relative to established objectives . Ensures effective customer service through a process-oriented approach that delivers reliable and consistent service . Act as the point person to investigate, track and respond to all Safety Hazard Reports, Ground Incident Reports, and Ground Damage Investigations .Responsible for managing the employee work process, administrative processes relate to OSHSAS and Injury Reporting requirements .Work with Business Head on innovative initiatives, programs, and solutions Attributes & Requirement .Degree & Above .Strong safety culture . Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment . Able to build effective relationship with cross-divisional teams preferred . Able to be self-motivated with an upbeat/positive attitude preferred . Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage . Proven tactfulness in communicating with others and constructively resolve challenges
