About the Department
The Human Resources function balances organisational aspirations and employee needs, as we accelerate and strengthen people capabilities to enable sustainable business growth at UOB. As a business analyst of a strategic digitalisation team within Group Human Resources, you will have the opportunity to continuously develop new skills as you are tasked to support HR technologies and provide high quality, timely resolutions to stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with HR business users to understand requirements and develop solutions to enhance employee experience
Responsible for supporting day-to-day service and incident requests raised in accordance to defined SLAs
Perform analysis and root cause identification on incident requests, escalating where appropriate
Perform system configuration and enhancements to digital platforms such as Workday for continuous operations and innovation
Support system testing and end-user training
Co-ordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors on integration related fixes
Support functional team in implementing and testing bi-annual cloud releases
Develop and maintain procedures, guidelines, and business processes documentation
Job Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
At least 8 years of experience of implementing and maintaining HCM systems, with 2-3 years of experience in Workday systems implementation
Knowledge in Workday core HCM, security and modules such as time tracking and performance management is desirable
Experience in integration from HR systems to outsourced payroll providers
Good understanding of Human Resources shared services operations, processes, guidelines and practice
Strong analytical, problem solving and process design skills that can translate into actions that meet business objectives
Highly motivated and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Must be able to work independently and work well in a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to establish effective working relationships
