About the Department
The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for enforcing Infrastructure Change in compliance to established Change Management Process, thus minimizing the risk of system outage due to change to ensure stability of the IT systems.

• As a Change Manager chairing Weekly CAB meetings, to review, track and document dependencies and impact of all IT infrastructure changes
• Generate and analyze statistical reports for Management Reporting and process improvements.
• Enforce compliance of Change Process in UOB Group including overseas subsidiaries
• Infrastructure Changes would encompass systems, storage, network, firewalls, databases and cloud etc.

Job Requirements

• Experience in Infrastructure IT Change Management and possess technical knowledge in any IT infrastructure domain.
• Good communication skills and Microsoft Excel skills
• Bachelor\'s degree from a recognized university
• Added advantage if candidate is ITIL certified and familiar with Remedy ITSM.
