About the Department

The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

Job Responsibilities

The incumbent must be a dedicated team member with a passion for re-engineering and a strong background on cross-functional collaboration, with focus on performance management and credit risk management in the Group Credit Retail / Group Credit Management.
Key responsibilities includes:-

• Understand and consolidate ongoing and ad-hoc reporting/project needs for Group Credit Management, including identification and monitoring of credit related Key Performance Indicators, and assist in continued development of reports and solutions to provide accurate and relevant analysis.
• Liaise with all internal and external partners, providing ongoing support as required to the Group Credit Retail.

Job Requirements

Degree holder (preferably in Banking & Finance/Business Administration/ Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics/any related field) or MBA in similar discipline.

• At least 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in Consumer Credit, Finance, Risk Management, Decision Science, or MIS reporting, preferably within a banking/financial services environment.
• A strong communicator with excellent presentation, project management, interpersonal and influencing skills, and is able to work in dynamic, fast paced environments.
• Good strategic and tactical business skills and a passion for using data to drive better decision making who can effect change and lead a performance driven team.
• Must be proficient in the use of MS Office and other reporting tools.
