  • Manage and be accountable for all warehouse operations.
  • Support daily ground operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Serve as the main contact point for clients\' respective business units
  • Ensure overall operational excellence and client satisfaction
  • Plan and organize warehouse processes to meet KPIs and SLAs
  • Ensure achievement of business and financial KPIs
  • Promote constant motivation among staff to achieve efficient and effective warehouse administration
  • Develop, coordinate, improve, and enforce operational policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Prepare and present weekly reports at SG management meetings
  • Enforce strict compliance to warehouse operations and safety rules, processes, and guidelines for workplace\xe2\x80\x99s health and safety and conduct risk audit assessments
  • Work with Customer Service and Warehouse Fleet teams to ensure efficient product flow to the end consumer
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
Who you are
  • Diploma Graduate or degree in business, logistics or related discipline with minimum 4 years relevant experience in Warehouse management & operations
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
  • Committed to their work and have a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of English
  • Comfortable with a schedule of 4 weekdays plus 1 weekend work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer and software knowledge
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure
  • Hardworking, meticulous, and able to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to enforce strict compliance with operational policies and safety guidelines
