Job Description

Responsibilities
To supervise staff and perform daily activities
To support warehouse daily operation activity and ensure inbound and outbound shipments are executed timely and receipts comply with set criteria
Ensure all daily order fulfilment are completed as per scheduled
To carry out proper product packing processes according to Product Development team requirement
To check and arrange storage area and ensure product received is properly stored effectively in FIFO manner
Coordinate and check with administrative team on inventory movement
To manage product packing materials and update monthly report accordingly
To monitor and ensure in house equipment and tools are properly upkeep
Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by Superior
Requirements
Min GCE 'O' Level / NITEC / Diploma in Logistics / Warehousing, or its equivalent
At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in warehouse operations/environment
Good knowledge of inventory management & control
Class 3 and forklift license are essential
Knowledge of NVA and WMS will be an added advantage
Possess positive working attitude with initiative

Remarks
Working hours : Monday to Friday (9.00 am to 6.00pm) & Alternate Saturday (9.00 am to 1.00 pm)
