Assistant Manager/Manager, Partnership Development
The Challenges:
Manage the hospital\xe2\x80\x99s partnership and collaboration framework.
Oversee the framework for managing our key categories of partners through vendor contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLA), engaging strategic stakeholders, as well as the facilitation of the resolution of issues with our partners.
Facilitate and manage relationships between strategic stakeholders while creating service standards with our key partners.
Identify and review operational, financial and business risks involved in the delivery of the contracts to support the strategic collaborations and partnerships principles.
Lead and implement hospital plans/projects by working alongside various internal stakeholders across departments and divisions.
What it Takes:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any field
At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in hospital operations, and in areas such as contract management, project management and stakeholder management in a large and complex organization
Experience leading teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Process oriented and possess a flair for numbers
Meticulous and analytical, with good organizational, coordination and interpersonal skills
Good initiative and able to multi-task and work well independently under pressure in a fast-faced environment
