We are searching for a passionate and driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. The role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth within the payments industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of the payments landscape and a proven track record of sales success.Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and qualify potential clients within the target market.
• Actively engage with prospective clients to understand their FX needs and demonstrate how the bank\xe2\x80\x99s solutions can benefit them.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to expand FX payment volume and service utilization.
• Conduct regular client meetings to discuss FX needs, assess satisfaction, and introduce additional services.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with FX payments and client onboarding.
• Ensure all transactions adhere to AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in FX payments, client acquisition, or related banking operations
• Good knowledge of FX products, cross-border payments, SWIFT messaging, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
