• 
  Our client is a listed Japanese firm that offers audit, tax, legal and consulting services. As part of the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) unit, you will be assisting the Head of TAS and eventually trained to manage a wide range of client engagements that are relevant to mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and Management consulting.

  Transaction advisory service
  
  • Financial Due Diligence
  • Business Valuation (including PL/CF projection)
  • M&A Integration service (mainly business and accounting process integration)
  • Buy-side & sell-side advisory (mainly execution but including sourcing)
  
  Management consulting
  
  • Market entry and business development in South East Asia
  • Turnaround and Restructuring consulting
  • Strategic planning (including market research)

• Requirement

  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting/finance background
  • At least 2 years of experience in M&A transactions (financial due diligence and/or valuation) or other corporate finance-related functions.
  • Business-level Japanese language proficiency (N2 and above) is essential, as the work requires communication with Japanese team members and clients.
  • Open-mindedness and flexibility to tackle new never-seen-before problems as a team.
  • Willingness to learn
