Our clients include public and private corporations, investment banks and financial institutions, governments and international bodies. Our lawyers provide a seamless integrated service across our network of offices and across different areas of expertise.The role will involve working for a range of clients on public and private M&A and PE transactions in Asia Pacific, including growth/pre-IPO investments, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts and auction sale transactions.Qualifications

• The candidate should be 2 - 4 PQE (UK notional) with a common law qualification from Singapore, the UK, Australia, Hong Kong or Canada.
• We are looking for someone with PE/M&A experience in top tier private practice at an international firm, ideally with experience in infrastructure (clean energy) M&A transactions.
• You will be a self-starter with an aptitude for and experience in client engagement and development, a strong team player and able to lead deals with minimal supervision while managing different work-streams.
• The ideal candidate must have a strong drafting skills.
• Chinese/Mandarin would be helpful but is not a pre-requisite for the role.
