Job Description

The Associate Creative Director (Visual/Art) articulates and champions the key values underpinning the strategic and creative execution of client accounts. He/She is the consummate professional, a strong communicator, and has a deep understanding of design trends, marketing principals, cultural issues, technologies and opportunities in online communication. This role reports to the Chief Creative Officer.
What you'll do

• In charge of creating creative ideas, campaigns and executions that question the status quo - big bold ideas is what we look for
• Supports the Chief Creative Officer in setting the company vision for creative excellence and collaborative engagement with clients and internal project teams
• Credibly challenge assumptions and thinking to ensure best possible creative solutions
• Develop alternative and out of the box ideas to briefs/issues
• Ensure quality creative output by maintaining and enhancing creative standards and processes
• Oversee and support the team through all stages of design and development, lead, guide and motivate till end delivery
• Plays a lead role in the agency's relationship with clients, including presentation of creative strategies and proposals, convince and inspire clients
• Able to support pitches and sales efforts
• Demonstrates deep understanding of design trends, marketing principals, cultural issues, technologies and opportunities in online communication
• Constantly updating creative credentials and lead award submission.
