Managing incoming indent and event orders form HANA/SAP which includes creating of quotation, creation and upload of sales order, create purchase requisition order, buyer portal ordering Updating weekly sales and food cost on excel spreadsheet Preparing of slides for weekly meeting Updating HSE bi-weekly report Check and ensure that the monthly GTO report is correct Printing and updating of all event order sales and indent Compilation of billing summary and purchase orders Attend weekly coordination meeting Liaising with internal and external client and maintaining a good relationship with them Any other duties assigned by superior #
