Make an Impact by

• Oversee strategic planning and execution of the AOP and in-year forecasts exercises, including outer years forecast and business reviews.

• Plan and organise the cadence for CEO and CFO review with various business units, inclusive of strategy discussions over the course of the year.

• Lead for all materials leading to Group Committee, Board reviews, as well as internal and external events presentations for CEO. This would include all related materials like FAQ for media for related products/business updates, management discussion & analysis (MDA)

• Work with Finance FP&A to consolidate and review the financials in order to present Digital InfraCo achievements in the various reviews

• Participate in executive decision making regarding budget, sales activities, resources, schedule and risk evaluations.

• Drive enterprise-wide events covering all business units and employees, whether it is on-line/virtual or onsite.

• Strategic business planning and budget /forecast exercises for the business unit under Digital InfraCo.

The main duties and responsibilities will be subjected to review when there is change in business requirements and scope of work.

Skills for Success

• A good university degree in Statistics, Business or Finance.
• 8-10 years relevant working experience in data manipulation and transform information or data into insights in a relevant industry.
• Preparation of management presentations and storyboarding
• Organising big events or conferences
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Power point and Excel
• Good written and communication skills
• Numerate, and strong ability to understand/read/transform budget and expenditure information into meaningful reports
• Good business sense and marketing-oriented
• Effective interpersonal and project management skills managing various stakeholders
• Sharp analytical mind with a strong drive to excel and good team player
• Independent, self-starter
• Able to turn around and handle last minute work under stress
• Ability to manage top executives and management
